This is what it looked like in the morning and after several hours of work, stopping for Lunch and a trip to the garden centre it finished up looking like this..
He even dug out and put in the brick edging.
Paul well wrapped up for the weather, just finishing off.
Now we have some extra plants due to splitting some old established phlox and there is some space to add some new plants to help fill the border with colour.
So just one more bed to do in this garden and it will be ready for some extra plants in April.

NOOOO! Stop it, Paul! You make me feel guilty. Our primroses, aconites and crocuses are drowning in last year's garden debris.
