MALUS IN FULL FLOWER.

We have crab apple  (Malus) tree that we've moved a couple of times around the front garden trying to find the right place and it's always been quite poor.
But this years it's in full wonderful colour !

Did it know it was on borrowed time? to starting looking good or be off to the compost bin!

Lots of lovely flowers.

Looking towards house.

Then towards the road.

The yellow Magnolia Stellata is starting to flower.

I do love Magnolia's.

A tulip.

Next we have a rare plant a Bayus Caticus

this one's called

Bayus Caticus Mabel !

  1. Might making Crab Apple jelly be on the cards then this year? I always enjoyed my late mother's offerings from her plant that was trained to grow up against a sunny house wall.
    Very smart cat sunning/sleeping place!

    1. It will depend on just how many apples appear.
