ROSES ROSES

Well it is definitely the year of the rose! We have so many in full flower at the  moment, more flowers than in previous years, so the winter cold obviously agreed with them.

It starts in the house garden with these roses that are bigger and more on show than previous years. We did clear the bed they are in, so the more open aspect may be what's made the difference.

The Mannington Mauve in the flower garden has taken over one side.

other roses in the flower garden are also in full bloom.

A Shropshire Lad is looking gorgeous.

The roses between the cloisters and the pond garden are filling up.
