I took lots of photo's before we opened , so get yourself a cup of tea or coffee or something stronger if you prefer and settle in for a mammoth set of photos.
We were garden number 10.
We placed a few extra pieces of paving stone so people could get into the front garden to walk round.
Then next photo's are of the front garden.

What a beautiful garden and wonderful photographs!
ReplyDeleteI wish I could visit the garden number 10.
Thank you, i was a shame that you were not in England and able to visit.
DeleteSo much to see and take in. Just love all the different rooms and areas that you have created.
ReplyDeleteCan now put everything into it's position and place and would know my way around really well thanks to the photos from the upstairs bedroom.
So pleased that you had so many visitors but a pity that the weather wasn't just that little bit warmer and brighter on the day.
Glad you enjoyed the trip round the garden Kendal.
DeleteIt was lovely that despite the weather lots of people still came round. of course the sun is shinning today!
and even better I will not have to go and spend three plus hours in the garden tonight working!! :)
The humans, kids, bears and hedgehogs of Bryn Derw are clapping furiously.
ReplyDeleteHurrah for the ENGLISH GARDENERS and their wonderful garden, not to mention the succesful day!!
I used to read the cereal packs at breakfast when I was a child but this is the first morning n many decdes that somebody has told me to stop looking at pictures (yours) and get on with my eggs before they got cold. Just couldn't stop scroling up and down for another look.
Once again congratulations to you both on the most lovely of gardens. Move over Royal horticultural Society - Paul and Dee have a few things to teach you!
Thank you kindly :)
DeleteSorry that we made your eggs go cold by putting on so many photo's, it was hard to leave any out if we wanted you to see everything.
I would not dare push the RHS out the way especially when people were asking the name of certain flowers and I had to send them off to ask Paul because I could not remember!! :)
Wonderful Dee - congratulations to you and Paul for such a great job.
ReplyDeleteYou have so many lovely features in your garden and I'm sure your visitors were charmed.
Hopefully now you'll be able to go out and sit on some of those great seats and enjoy the view!
Thanks rosie. We are looking forward to resting round the garden now , instead of rushing!! :)
DeleteLovely lovely lovely x
ReplyDeleteThank You Thank You Thank You :) xx
DeleteYeaaaah well done and wonderful that you had so many visitors to the garden, I hope the whole event raised lots of money!
ReplyDeleteNow you can finally relax...and the photos are lovely by the way!
